I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you guys for your help and positive interactions while I was working on the river the past two years. I have completed my sampling and lab work and will be headed to my new home state next week. My wife and I will be living in Utah. I was there last month and scouted out some fishing spots. Thought I would share one of my new home streams in a pic. Attachments:

Thank you guys! I am looking forward to exploring my new state. I have really enjoyed working on the LMF. It is unique but it does have it's limitations. If you guys have any questions, please, feel free to ask me and I will try and answer them to the best of my knowledge. I will be back. My wife has family two hours from the river and I will need a fishery for winter time when mine are all snowed in from several feet of the powder being dumped on them.

Thanks again for all your interesting informative posts to educate us. -Fenwick I hope I can help in the future as much as I can if people have questions about trout biology or any ecology questions.

Tyler: Is there to be any progression of your LMF studies by other students? Seems all the science you conducted was beneficial to a variety of entities such that it should be a worthy effort to continue. - Fenwick

The results will be used by ODWC for future management decisions. There is a proposal out there to do a population structure study on adults, stocked and holdovers.

What part of Utah? I have fished the south slope of the Uintah's plus strawberry and Duchesne.... Im in southern Utah. The Uintas are about 5 hours away. Plenty of stream for me down here though. 2,000 miles worth of lesser known water and that's fine by me! Attachments:
