I went over to the LIR today and all the bows loved my flies I tied the other day! Any hints on finding some Browns here to catch?

They're there. I see pics on the local TU facebook page when someone gets one. Been awhile since I got one, back in May. 6 small ones.

If you're chasing browns head down to the LMF and stop by see Eddie and the crew - plenty of browns around these days

Keep at it! They're there in (relative, but increasing) abundance. I'd suggest fishing the less pressured pocket water and avoiding the stocking holes if you are focused on browns. Stop by the shop and talk with Eddie or breeden3/Kevin/ TAStockton - they're always around and can definitely point you in the right direction. Maybe flyfishermann1955 or one of the others on the board with more LI experience can speak to options there.

I would agree about the locations for finding Brown trout; avoid the deep, still water and fish the riffles and pockets. Also, the 2 guys I know who catch more Browns fish a lot of dry flies, even when there are no trout rising.
Thanks- Ken
