the marina does not sell minnows, they directed me to the Beavers Bend fly shop

lewisvillefisher , we really haven't looked into who has minnows. I'm sorry I can't give you any useful info, but if any of the spin cast guys know, I'm sure they will let us know.

They sell live minnows in Mineral Springs, Arkansas. It might be a little out of your way. No, really, it shouldn't be hard to find them, I'd think. Beaver's Bend is a crappie lake, isn't it? I'm really surprised the Marina couldn't direct you. I imagine you talked to the wrong person.

You might call Lakeside Grocery. I think they might sell minows. I am pretty sure one of those places around the Stephens Gap area (I think that is what they call it around where the Grateful Head is) sells live bait.
