Hey everybody, Just wondering how the fishing has been. Since I have been in Colorado, I have not got too many reports on conditions or the quality of the fishing lately. Has it slowed down for the summer at all? Any stories would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Peter Breeden

Even Bessett has been having a little trouble.... I hear the crowds are as bad as ever. I am taking two newbies up there next week, should be entertaining!
Typically the morning and evening fishing is good this time of year, but mid-day is awful. Hexagenia will begin to come off soon - explosive evening fishing in the EH.
Sending you PM...

Just got back, power plant is releasing 2 gates so it's NO fishing in Zone 2 to Regen and below..... for 3 sold days non stop.
Spillway creek is full of fish.... all 4" LOL they give it their all and will anything dropped in the water.
Caught 1 solid 16" Bow and 3 others around 12-14" on Spinning tackle. EH and CH were at capacity and the Swimming hole looked like Wet n Wild.
Next week and some new fish could make it worth the drive.
Good Luck all.

Heading up there this weekend with my 16 year old son to battle the crowds. Haven't fished since the One Fly\Classic on the Blue in Feb so I'll just have to deal with it as I need an angling fix. Sorry to see the comment on generation as I like to seek the serenity of zone 2 when the crowds are too much. Planning to hit EH early Saturday morning and go from there. If anyone will be there this weekend, look for me in my New Orleans Saints visor as I'm always looking to meet fellow LMF enthusiasts. Who Dat!
