Illinois River Cleanup (Sat 9 Dec)

The 89er Chapter of TU (Oklahoma City) is hosting the winter clean up of the Illinois River on Saturday (9 Dec).  Meet at 0900 in the big parking lot near the powerhouse.  We break up in to small groups and pick up trash in various locations along the river.  A lunch of chili will be served in the parking lot at the Watt's Property.  Spend some time fishing after lunch if your schedule allows.  Meet some people who fish the Illinois regularly, know it well, and will share their knowledge.

You don't have to belong to TU to join us and no one will pressure you to join if you show up!

That’s a bad weekend! Many of us will be at Beavers Bend State Park for the Trout Camp that weekend. Any other day and I would be there.
