Park has been packed since 7am.... Someone hanging out at every bridge. Sure wished they stock somewhere up SWC or anywhere for that matter.... insert code here 2017-12-30_06-45-02 by denny lindsay, on Flickr

Yep. Just got home. Heard they put some nice fish in below swim beach bridge, but I just wasn't up for fighting that crowd. Managed to catch 3 from EH yesterday and just 2 today. Tried my luck up SC this morning but no takers. Largest fish I saw caught all weekend was harvested by a blue heron in EH late yesterday. LOL. That bird had some serious skills.

When my wife and I went by swimming hole bridge Friday around noon I counted 9 people fishing. Since this was her first time we just fished in front of evening hole bridge.

Think I may have seen you guys turfdog. I remember a couple spending a lot of time in the riffles just above the bridge yesterday. Did y'all have any luck there?

That was probably us. Spent most of the time in that area. I was trying to teach her lol. It was like the blind leading the blind. Never landed a fish Friday. Saturday we went back around 11:30 hoping some of the herd would be leaving for lunch. Saw plenty of fish and a couple of hookups but didn’t land any. I caught a couple behind the bridge then a few more behind swim bridge.

After seeing your comments about having a red Jeep in the swim bridge thread, I believe we spoke to one another at EH bridge Friday afternoon. I was the guy unrigging the Douglas DXF rod (and wishing it was a Skye). LOL

Yeah there were 6 along the south bank and the ones in the middle were crossing lines. Most of the folks on the north side were literally standing on the fish, or at least they were under their the second to the last eye on their rods. It was also awesome to see fish swim up stream to the bridge when folks entered the stream, literally they would come up in bunches and just hang out. I watched from the bridge from time to time before committing to the fun. d
